General Terms and Conditions of Sunrise Fashion Shop

§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us
and a consumer in their current version at the time of ordering.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes
that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or independent
professional activity (§ 13 BGB - German Civil Code).

§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text
(1) The following regulations regarding the conclusion of a contract apply to orders

(2) In the event of the conclusion of a contract, the contract is concluded with:

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding
offer on our part, but is merely an invitation to the consumer to place an order. By
placing the desired goods in the shopping cart, the consumer makes a binding offer
to conclude a purchase contract.

(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The
consumer makes a binding contract offer by successfully completing the order
process provided in our online shop.

The order is placed in the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirmation by clicking the "Order"; button
3) Review of the information in the shopping cart
4) Clicking the "Checkout" button

5) Providing the required data (name, address, email)
6) Review and correction of the respective entered data.
7) Binding submission of the order by clicking the "order with obligation to pay"
or "buy" button

The consumer can return to the webpage where the customer information is
collected and correct input errors before submitting the order by using the "Back"
button contained in the internet browser used by him or by closing the internet
browser to cancel the order process. We confirm the receipt of the order immediately
by an automatically generated email ("order confirmation"). With this, we accept your
offer.

(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We store the contract
text and send you the order data. You can view the general terms and conditions at
any time at http://www.sunrisefashion.shop/

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date

(1) The prices quoted include the statutory value-added tax and other price
components. Any shipping costs are added.
(2) The consumer has the option of payment via credit card. 

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless otherwise stated clearly in the product description, all items offered by
us are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery will be made within 5 working
days at the latest. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday
at the place of delivery, the deadline shall end on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item shall
pass to the buyer upon delivery of the item to the buyer, even in the case of a
mail-order purchase.

§5 Retention of Title
We reserve ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price.

 

§6 Right of Withdrawal of the Customer as a Consumer

withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund you all payments that we have
received from you, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day
on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this
refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original
transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be
charged fees for this refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later
than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the withdrawal of this
contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-
day period.
You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.
