The cost of return shipments that are customer’s change of mind will be covered by the customer (including fees in cases of shipments from outside the EU) and should always be shipped back with an active tracking number. To ensure a smooth return process, all returns must be shipped using UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns sent via local Postal Services due to extended delivery times.
