Refund Policy

How to Return an Item

We offer a 14-day return policy, counting from the day your parcel is delivered to
you. To ensure a smooth return process, please keep these guidelines in mind:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team
at info@sunrisefashion.shop . We will provide you with instructions on how to return
the item.


In your email:
- Indicate your order number
- Indicate the items that you want to return;
- Indicate the reason for the return with a clear explanation.

 
Defective/damaged or Wrong Items

If you encounter any defective or wrong shipped items, add please photos clearly
showing the tag, the item itself, and its defect. We will provide a return label for you
to ship the defective/wrong item back to us and will refund the order once received
back.

Customer Dissatisfaction Returns

Returns due to customer dissatisfaction should be shipped back at the customer’s
expense and with an active tracking number. We will send the address where to
return the item. Please use reliable carriers such as DHL, UPS or FedEx.

 

We do not accept returns shipped via local Postal Services due to long delivery times, and any such packages will be rejected.


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to incorrect size
selection or personal preference.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be made by bank transfer or via PayPal within 5 business
days after receiving and approving the returns. Once processed, allow 5-7 business
days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Declined Returns

In case of declined returns, the order will be shipped back to the customer, and any
additional shipping charges will be borne by them.

Important Return Conditions


All returns must be in perfect original condition, including any original attachments
such as tags, boxes, or dustbags, along with the original packaging. We reserve the
right to refuse returns if the products have been worn, washed or have any traces of
use.

We offer a 14-day return policy, counting from the day the package is delivered to
our customer. Unfortunately, returns that are shipped back after the 14-day policy
can not be accepted and will shipped back to the original dispatch address.
All returns need to be sended back with using UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Unfortunately,
we cannot accept returns sent via regular Postal services, and such returns will be
declined.


The cost of return shipments that are customer's change of mind will be covered by
the customer and should always be shipped back with an active tracking number.
The sender is responsible for customs fees, therefore when sending back a
shipment from outside the EU, the sender will pay for customs fee.

 

Please note that any return coming from outside the European Union to the Swedish warehouse has a fixed customs administration fee of €27 which will be deducted from the refund.


​Any returns that break our return policy will not be accepted.

How to make an exchange for another item?


Place an order for a new item/size.
Pay for a new order.
Send the previous order back to the warehouse within 14 days after the delivery date by DHL, UPS or FedEx.
Once received, we will refund the item's price.
